Usage
Backtilt is a special device that is used to remove bottom of the blank in the AAC system.
¶ž”¢Characteristics
The structural design of the backlit is reasonable (rigid enough). The blank can't deform in flip process, so it can prevent break of the blank. Because of the two times flip, which make air enter the blank, which prevent adhesion of the autoclaved blanks. The equipment which controlled by automatic hydraulic device run smoothly and has a high automatic performance. Because of the bottom has separated before it is carried into autoclave, it not only saves time and effort, but also recycle waste and save cost. This equipment is optional, customers can assembly according to their demand. |
